Description:
The Active plus Bluetooth headset, like the original LG Tone Active, is equipped with Advanced quad-layer speaker technology and is sweat and water-resistant (although the former sports an IPX4 rating instead of IPX5), but unlike its predecessor, its relatively-beefed-up feature set includes external stereo speakers, fitness monitoring through the LG Health and LG Tone applications, and Bluetooth 4.2 instead of 4.1

LG Tone Active+ is a Bluetooth headset designed for those who prefer listening to music while running or working out in gym. Priced at $179 in the USA, the headset is available at AT&T and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. LG TONE Active+ comes in black, blue and silver colors. On a single full charge (two hours from 0 to 100), the Tone Active+ will give 13 hours of talk time. If you are listening music, LG Tone Active+ can stay on for 12 hours (in earphone mode) and up to 6 hours in speaker mode. Tone Active+ also comes with a built in fitness tracker to keep track of calories burned, steps taken, distance covered etc. The fitness data can be synced using apple like LG Health.

The earbuds are retractable, has changeable stabilizer tips for different sizes. The LG Tone Active+ comes with built-in stereo speakers (so that the headset can be used as a stereo speaker), along with the earbuds. With the toggle of a button, users can switch between speaker mode and earbud mode. The headset comes with amps that power the external speakers. There are dual MEMS microphones for crystal clear voice calling. The durable design will keep the headset alive and protect from sweat and splash of water. Users can control volume and music playback using buttons on each side of the headset.
